2 Data Processing Principles
- Minimization: Only what’s needed is collected.
- Purpose Limitation: Only for targeting, optimization, fraud prevention.
- Security: Role-based access, encryption, and regular audits.
3 Data Access & Sharing
- Access is limited to authorized personnel.
- No raw user-level data is shared with third parties unless for required operational use.
- DSPs receive anonymized and aggregated bid data.
4 User Consent
- Novicue expects publishers to secure user consent via CMPs (Consent Management
Platforms). - We honor the TCF framework (IAB Europe) and GPP (Global Privacy Platform).
5 International Transfers
- For EU/UK data: Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are used.
- For U.S. and other regions: Compliant with applicable laws.
